No. FO2U is designed to support direct market access into Malaysia through a structured platform model.
The verification process usually takes 5 to 7 working days after complete documents are received.
Yes. FO2U supports direct shipment and fulfilment through bonded warehouse and logistics partners.
Application review is currently free during Phase 1. There is no upfront onboarding fee, listing fee or monthly platform fee. FO2U fees apply only upon successful completed orders, subject to the agreed fulfilment model. Where logistics, PKFZ / bonded warehouse or fulfilment support is required, handling fees may apply and will be discussed during onboarding.
