FO2U is currently in Phase 1 development. Consumer product listings and order features will be launched progressively after manufacturer verification, product eligibility review and fulfilment readiness assessment.
The full FO2U Returns & Refunds process will apply once consumer transactions are launched.
During Phase 1, any pilot order, sample order or test transaction may be subject to separate written terms agreed between FO2U, the manufacturer and the relevant buyer.
