Cross-Border Compliance Review
Certain imported or cross-border orders may be subject to FO2U compliance review before confirmation.
This may include order value review, buyer verification, product eligibility checks, HS code review, customs suitability assessment and documentation requirements.
FO2U reserves the right to request additional information, place an order under review, hold confirmation, or reject any transaction that does not meet our platform compliance standards.
This review process is designed to protect consumers, support compliant trade and prevent misuse of the FO2U ecosystem.
Product Eligibility
Not all products are suitable for FO2U.
FO2U may reject or remove products that:
- Lack proper documentation
- Do not meet platform standards
- Create consumer safety concerns
- Fall under restricted or prohibited categories
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Fail compliance or verification checks
Scam Safety & Buyer Trust
FO2U does not allow open seller registration. Only verified manufacturers and brand owners are approved, which removes a major source of online scams.
Always transact within the FO2U platform. FO2U will never ask for payment through unofficial channels, personal bank transfers or third-party links.
PDPA & Privacy Awareness
FO2U handles personal data responsibly in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010.
FO2U does not sell consumer data to third parties. Data is used only to operate the platform, process orders and support buyer protection.
